Who We Are
Joe Brogdon
Joe Brogdon has been involved in construction since an early age. As a kid he loved building with Legos, erector sets, Lincoln logs and whatever he could get his hands on. He helped his parents Joe Sr. and Barbara renovate properties across Chattanooga. He attended Notre Dame High School, the University of Central Florida, and the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Upon completion of his degree, he traveled to Charleston, South Carolina and Blacksburg, VA to learn the finer points of carpentry, woodwork, and timber frame construction before returning to his hometown of Chattanooga, TN where he began Brogdon Construction in the summer of 2008. After years of vertical construction, the company branched into dirt work and utilities and has since become a player in the local and regional market. When not working, Joe enjoys life with his wife Belinda and his sons Beau and Buz. Joe is an avid wakeboarder, musician, traveler and loves surfing, skateboarding, motorcycles and most of all family and friends.

Brogdon Construction was formed in the summer of 2008 with an early emphasis on custom homes, fine carpentry and woodwork, renovations and additions. As the company grew, it began taking on more commercial work and larger scale projects. Some years later, due to market demand and growing interest from within the company, we began focusing on dirt work, utilities, and demolition projects. As the company matured, the natural evolution was to pursue larger scale site development projects. The company now has a long and successful track record with a portfolio that includes neighborhoods, subdivisions, condos, apartments, public works, utility projects, storm water infrastructure improvements, retail facilities, restaurants, and many homes both custom and speculative. The focus for the future of the company is growth from within and building relationships with our clients and community.
